With disappointing hotel teas, including decaf, being a common frustration for guests, and Yorkshire Tea standing as the UK’s No.1 brew for Original and Decaf, it was a perfect match. They just needed to submerge their brand into this untapped channel. And that’s where we came in.

Two campaigns that were aimed at buyers of hotel groups that shared the same values as Yorkshire Tea. We reached this audience at different touchpoints, successfully steeping Yorkshire Tea Original and Decaf into the hotel hospitality conversation - proving that sometimes, the path to making guests feel at home starts with something as simple as a perfect cup of tea.
